Shipping

Free Shipping

A number of our products are post free to keep costs down, particularly for our overseas customers. The only downside is that the delivery window is wider, typically 20 to 40 days.

Where a product has free shipping it is stated on the top of the product description along with the delivery window.

Shipping Costs

All of our shipping costs are based on location and weight, not a single charge on every item. We use postal and courier services depending on the size and weight of your order and aim to deliver between 3 and 7 working days within the UK and 7 to 14 days within Europe; outside of high demand periods.

Delivery to the rest of the world depends on the courier (TNT), they are nearly always inside our 14 day delivery window.

Any specific shipping instructions due to the nature of the product and not covered by the above will be at the bottom of the product description.

Payments

We support most major credit cards and PayPal.

Security

Credit card payments are handled by our eCommerce platform provider, who services over 100,000 eCommerce sites. Payments use state-of-the-art security and are Level 1 PCI compliant. Astara Jaynes does not have access to your credit card information.
